Welcome to lokeelock (the "App"). By registering for or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

I. Service Description

lokeelock provides gallery display, custom image, AI-generated artwork, share plaza and other services.
You must comply with laws and regulations and must not use the service for any illegal activity.

Content you upload or publish (including images and text) must be your original work or legally authorized.
Pornographic, violent, terrorist, illegal or infringing content is prohibited, including but not limited to: others' photos/portraits, film/TV screenshots, and unauthorized use of others' works (posters, illustrations, photography, etc.).
Uploading celebrity photos may infringe both copyright and portrait rights. Do not upload them.
If you violate the above, the platform may immediately remove the content, ban your account, and report to law enforcement.

Under Articles 1195-1197 of the Civil Code, rights holders may send a notice-and-takedown request to our official complaint email.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove infringing content within a reasonable time (usually 24-48 hours) and reply.

The platform reserves the right to amend this agreement, and changes will be announced in-app.
Registration means you have read and agreed to all terms.
