lokeelock respects and protects your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information. By using this app you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account: the phone number or email provided at registration or login, and an optional nickname.
• User content: images and text you upload (custom wallpaper, shared images, marquee quotes).
• Device model: off by default. Only if you turn on "show device model" do we read and upload your device model when you publish a quote or image, to display it in the Share Plaza; when the switch is off we do not read, upload or store it. We do not collect OS version or crash logs.
• Device identifiers: for single-device binding and account security, we collect a device identifier (ANDROID_ID on Android, IDFV on iOS). It is used only for device binding and security, not for advertising tracking; we do not collect or use the Advertising ID (AD_ID).
• Payment: order number and purchase records. We do NOT store card numbers or payment credentials.

2. Permissions

• INTERNET: To load theme images, sync data, and process payments. Required for core functionality.
• USE_BIOMETRIC: For Face ID / fingerprint quick login, replacing password input to enhance security. Optional; other features remain available if declined.

We do not request storage, camera, location, contacts, or microphone permissions. Any new permissions in future versions will be updated here and require your consent.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide screensaver, custom wallpaper, AI Artwork, share plaza and paid features.
• Process orders, grant entitlements, verify purchases and support restore.
• Protect account security and prevent abuse.
• We do not engage in targeted push notifications or personalized advertising. Product recommendations are e-commerce affiliate links (JD/Taobao/PDD/AliExpress) displayed uniformly by platform popularity, not personalized based on your data.

4. Third-Party Payments

Digital purchases are processed by: Google Play Billing (Android), Apple App Store (iOS), WeChat Pay / Alipay (donations).

5. User Content & Copyright

Uploaded content must be your original work or legally authorized. Pornographic, violent, illegal or infringing content is prohibited. Before being displayed publicly, uploaded images and text are automatically screened by a third-party content safety service (Tencent Cloud Content Moderation); content that appears to violate our rules is rejected or sent for manual review. Rights holders may send a notice-and-takedown request to our complaint email.

6. AI-Generated Content Labeling

The "AI Artwork" feature generates images using an AI model. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations (including the Regulations on Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services and the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content), all AI-generated images carry an explicit label ("AI 生成" text in the bottom-left corner) and an implicit label (image metadata) so that users can identify them. AI-generated content is for personal enjoyment and wallpaper use only and must not be used for illegal purposes.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information.

8. Delete Account

You can request account deletion in the app via "Profile → Delete Account". After deletion:

• Deleted immediately: phone, email, nickname, avatar, password, and your user content such as wallpapers, shared images, quotes, AI generations, favorites, subscriptions, and referral relationships.
• Retained: financial transaction records such as orders, refunds and donations (required by law), which are disassociated from your personal identifiers.

Deletion is irreversible with no additional retention period.

9. Delete Data (Without Account Deletion)

You can delete some of your uploaded content without deleting your account:

• Shared images: "Share Plaza → My Images"
• Custom wallpapers: wallpaper management
• Quotes: quote management
• AI generations: AI Artwork management

Deleted content is removed immediately and no longer shown to other users.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal information. Requests can be sent to lokeelock_support@126.com; we respond within 15 business days.

• Access and copy: confirm whether we process your information and obtain a copy.
• Correction: edit your nickname, avatar and other profile data in "Profile", or request correction by email.
• Deletion: delete your account or specific content as described in sections 8 and 9.
• Withdraw consent: revoke photo or notification permissions in system settings, or disable personalized recommendations in the app. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing, but related features may stop working.
• Restriction or objection: request restriction of processing, or object to non-essential processing such as personalized recommendations.
• Portability: request your provided personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Complaint: contact lokeelock_support@126.com first; if unresolved, you may complain to a competent authority. EU/EEA users may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
